The Role

As a Defence Procurement Specialist with ArcBlue in Canberra, you will be playing a crucial role in the ongoing success of a significant Defence Project with one of our key Defence Clients.

This is a fixed term engagement in line with the Client requirements up to 30 June 2021.

You will join our team of specialist Contractors, currently delivering value to projects across the Region.

We are looking for an experienced RFT document writer to assist a major Defence project through the Acquisition Gates of CASG. It requires a blend of understanding with:

  • What is required to step the project through the acquisition process
  • Business acumen
  • Good understanding of ILS and engineering inputs that are required
  • Procurement and Contracting
  • Stakeholder Communications

About You

  • Defence sector experience is a must, and you will possess a strong understanding of Defence procurement & commercial principals
  • You must have Defence Security Clearance – NV1 is required for this role

A little more about you

  • A tertiary qualification in a related discipline, or significant proven relevant experience will be required
  • A Nationally recognized professional accreditation would be advantageous (e.g. CIPS, AAPCM, IACCM, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
  • You will be located in Canberra, or willing to relocate
