Meet the team
With more than 10 years’ experience in Learning and Development and Strategic Management roles, Emma has great expertise when it comes to developing and managing talent. Her role at ArcBlue involves building Capability programs that leverage each of the relevant aspects of wide suite that ArcBlue has to offer – capability assessments, online or face-to-face training, coaching and mentoring, and personality profiling. As is the case with each of the Capability suite offerings, Emma bases program development on the 70:20:10 Learning & Development methodology.
In previous roles, Emma has had extensive experience in the development of Capability programs for multinational organisations. She’s successfully identified and closed skills gaps, developed innovative and engaging development programs, leveraged the expertise of SME’s and key stakeholders and worked on management teams to drive Capability change. She’s also formed and managed strategic partnerships and has experience in commercial negotiations. Large corporate clients that she has worked on projects with include Siemens, ABB, Chevron, Rio Tinto, Santos and Sydney Water.
Adding even more diversity to her background, Emma has experience in teaching, medical science and research. She brings substantial analytical, collaboration and engagement skills. Being a neuroscientist “by trade”, she prides herself on her ability to ascertain the facts for the basis of decisions, and balance them with stakeholder needs and drivers. Emma holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (Hons.), a Masters in Neoroscience, a Graduate Diploma of Education, a Masters of Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Emma’ passion lies in organisational development, leadership development and strategic learning. She brings invaluable and diverse insights to the capability development function alongside her considered and consultative approach.
