Margaret has been working in procurement and consulting positions for over 30 years and offers the unique perspective of having held roles as a buyer and seller. Her diverse industry portfolio spans Government, at Federal, State and Local levels. Her experience includes large private sector experience with organisations in FMCG, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Retail.
Margaret’s many skills include project management, training facilitation and course development, negotiation, contract management, business development, change management and business process review.
Margaret facilitates training workshops with much passion and humour. She is an expert trainer in Business Management, Contracts, Tendering Management, and Project Management. Her energy and engaging personality is reflected in her training facilitation. She consistently receives outstanding feedback from participants who comment on her ability to weave in practical examples relevant to her audience. She experienced in facilitating discussions with the most junior and senior delegates on the learning journey.
She has delivered training on a range of topics including contract management, sales skills for procurement professionals, project management and the end to end procurement cycle.
