Meet the team

An experienced executive assistant and training coordinator, Michelle joined the ArcBlue team to provide high level training coordination to the ArcBlue APAC team.

Utilising her impressive organisational skills she seamlessly manages the coordination of multiple complex training assignments around Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Michelle is responsible for the end to end coordination of all training courses in the Asia Pacific region. Liaising with both the client and supporting a team of experienced facilitators, Michelle assigns the most suited facilitator to meet the needs of the training requirement. Throughout the process Michelle is responsible for all logistics and training materials as well as pre and post assessments of training.

As a point of contact for the training team and their partner organisations, Michelle is responsive, friendly and has extensive knowledge of the ArcBlue training calendar.  Her dedication to providing high quality customer service is evident in all of her dealings with both internal and external stakeholders.
